Frequently Asked Questions

1. I cannot cast a vote for my favourite blog. Why is that?
There are more possible reasons why this happened. The most probable is that you already voted today and because only one vote per IP address is allowed you are not allowed to cast another vote. It is also possible that somebody else voted from your computer or network.
Another possibility is that you added Blog Cup page to your bookmarks after you submited your vote and your bookmark is therefore "automatically" submiting votes for you. You should only add the main Blog Cup page to your bookmarks!

2. Is it possible that my opponent is cheating the voting system?
It is always possible to cheat to some extent, but iBlogCup.com is carefully monitoring all activities during voting periods to spot suchj activities. To keep the possibility of cheating to a minimum we are also monitoring the incoming traffic and comparing the IP addresses to current anonymous proxy list server addresses.
If you still think something is going wrong, please contact us.

3. What happens if two blogs have equal number of votes?
In case of equal number of votes, a blog that was nominated first (i.e. ranked higher at the begining) will be promoted.
